There are in total 37 runners of the Nedbank Running Club that will participate in the Comrades Marathon.

Samuel Mandalzi, Eddie Mouton, Bernardo Fredericks and Willard Jussah are the potential silver medalists. 

The runners who have the most Comrades medals are - Selwyn Losper 32 medals, Eddie Mouton 27 medals, Elsabe de Klerk 26 medals Alison Jordaan 19 medals, Una Saayman 17 medals.
