Nedbank Running Club Cape Town
The club has a time trial at the Parow running track on the last Thursday of the month at 1730. (Contact Robbie Lindsay 082 202 3593 if you need details)
Cecil Roffey coaches track and road athletes at the Parow Track on two afternoons of the week.
Simphiwe Tanga arranges track work for athletes on a regular basis.
