All Nedbank Running Club Gauteng North Athletes

With the year drawing to a slow end and the weather improving we see more runners on the road. It feels like everyone took time to recover after Comrades and from hibernating after the Winter. Once again our Athletes are shining at all the races and our Elite Athletes still bring their best to all the races on the running calendar. Well done everyone, we are proud of all out athletes.

Join us at our Gazebo for coffee, something to eat and cooldrink to rest after your race. Support Enoch Skosana's race as it is a great race as well as assisting in raising money for his Development Team that we support. Let us know if you would like to assist as well on the day.

YEAR END FUNCTION

IMPORTANT RACE INFO

Please remember that you need to wear BOTH licenses, one on the front and one on the back of your vest. You do not want to be disqualified. Sow your license on your vest, that way you will never forget it.

Always adhere to the rules of each race as many Athletes are being disqualified and we would like to paint the races green as usual with so many Nedbank Running Club Athletes participating.

GENERAL

Please remember to bring old running shoes, clothes or any running gear you would like to donate to our Development Athletes. They always need running gear. Thank you to those who donated thus far.

Remember that by attending Time Trials, there are great prizes up for grabs at our Year End Function.
