The first of twelve Bonitas Comrades training seminars will be hosted by the Easy Equities Born2Run Athletics Club in Sandton at 19h00 tomorrow night (Tuesday, 24.1.2017).

 

The informative sessions are geared at preparing runners for the 92nd Comrades Marathon on Sunday, 4 June 2017. The Bonitas Comrades Roadshow programme has grown in popularity over the years and has been hosted at various running clubs nationwide on an annual basis.

 

CMA Marketing Coordinator, Nonkululeko Mdlalose has urged runners to attend the sessions, saying, “Through the Bonitas Comrades roadshow programme, the Comrades Coach will motivate and empower runners to run their best race on Sunday, 4 June.”

 

Mdlalose adds, “The CMA understands that the Comrades Marathon is a tough race and many runners require more information on training, nutrition and other know-how to prepare themselves for race day. The roadshow is therefore a great help to many.”

 

The Comrades Marathon Coach as well as other experts in the field of running and motivation will be sharing truly valuable information with the runners at these sessions.
