36 Members and family attend the Time Trial on 25 April 2013. Thank you for everyone who made the effort. The weather was a bit hot for this time of the year and some ran on very tired legs, but everyone got through the 5km's. Well done!

 

At the Member of the Month function Mthandazo Qhina got the MOM award for his 2nd place in the Two Oceans Ultra and Roston Isaacs got the MOM award for his 1st place in his age category in the Two Oceans 21km and his 13th Two Oceans 21km silver.

 

The other nominees for the MOM were Busi Thembelani (20th Two Oceans Ultra which includes 8 silvers), Anton Engelbrecht (best Two Oceans Ultra novice) and Bernice van Zyl (best Two Oceans 21km novice).
