KZN CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPS – 13 AUGUST 2011
On Saturday 13 August we had the KZN Cross Country Champs which were held at Gelofte School in Pinetown. Events started at 9am and went through till 4:30pm.

Unfortunately I don’t have any results from the KwaMashu 10km & 21km.

This coming Saturday 20 August is the Capital Climb 15km in Pietermaritzburg! A tough route of around 7km of serious climbing to the top of World’s View and then about 8km of steep downhill! It’s always a very well supported run with a great atmosphere!! Start is at 8am at the City Hall.

Sunday 21 August is the Merewent 10km. It starts at 7am at Dhubri Road Grounds, Merebank. This is a fast flat 10km!
