We want to make a pledge to all our athletes, especially our athletes who are going to run the Comrades, to really try attending the Time Trials. We only have a small number of people who attend this. If you have any suggestions on this, please do not hesitate to contact any of the Management team regarding that. We are open to any ideas or suggestions.

We have changed the route for the Time Trial, and we can promise that it is very safe route to follow and that is a route where you really can test your speed and endurance on a weekly basis.
