Welcome

Time trials
Please wear reflecting gear during time trials as the street lights are not working. Time trials are the place to be on a Tuesday afternoon at 17:15 (May, June, July & August) at the club house. This is where you get all information regarding events and other issues and you can meet other members (running and non-running) and where you can compete against yourself as we record you time. The results are also published on our national web site at http://www.nedbankrunningclub.co.za/
(Click on Events, Time Trial Results and choose the Nedbank Running Club Vanderbijlpark Logo. There you will see all the results. Click on the event that you want, and it will be downloaded where you can open it in Excel).

100 Miles and More For CANSA
Jennifer Scharpe-Scott
Jennifer did it!! Ons is so trots op jou, Jennifer. GELUK!
On 7, 8 and 9 August 2018 Jennifer ran from Sasolburg to Parys (approximately 45km) then from Parys to Potchefstroom (approximately 54km) and finally from Potchefstroom to Klerksdorp (approximately 51km).
I just want to let you know, I did the 80-mile run from Sasolburg to Klerksdorp. I loved it and glad I did it, and I realised:
“When you have gone so far that you cannot manage one more step, then you have gone just half the distance that you are capable of. It is here that you learn something about yourself and your view of life”.
