We are very proud of all our Athletes and their performance so far this year. Two Oceans Marathon blew us away, congrats to each and every Nedbank Running Club Athlete as well as our Green Dream Team on your outstanding performance. We are proud to be part of such a phenomenal Team and Club with outstanding Athletes. COMRADES PARTY

We will be hosting our Comrades Party, Thursday 03 May after Time Trials, Time Trials start at 17H30, run with Gerda Steyn and at 7PM Gerda will talk to us about your planning of your Comrades race. We will announce our Monthly Team Member. If you run, you get 1 Drink voucher with your food. IMPORTANT RACE INFO

Please remember that you need to wear BOTH licenses, one on the front and one on the back of your vest. You do not want to be disqualified. Sow your license on your vest, that way you will never forget it.

Always adhere to the rules of each race as many Athletes are being disqualified and we would like to paint the races green as usual with so many Nedbank Running Club Athletes participating.

GREEN DREAM TEAM

Our Elite Athletes are available at our Time Trials to answer your questions re training and diet if you have any questions. Don't be shy, go up to them and shake their hand, take a photo and share it on our Face Book page as well.

GENERAL

Please remember to bring old running shoes, clothes or any running gear you would like to donate to our Development Athletes. They always need running gear.

Please spread the word or bring along a friend or Family Member to join our Club. You will be rewarded with a R50 voucher if you enter someone into our Club. Ensure you bring them to us after Time Trials so that we know who must be rewarded. We are always seeking new talent or Athletes for our Club as well as keep our membership growing.

See you all at our Comrades Party! Remember, we are all part of one running family, keep our Club name high and let us not judge each other. Do not litter while running, do not wear headphones or your Cellphone earphones and always adhere to the rules.
