Time trials

Every Tuesday afternoon at 17:30 at the clubhouse. Your time gets recorded and is available on the Nedbank Running Club web page. Come and join us!

Bring-en-braai

Every last Tuesday of the month directly after the time trial. This is always a very cheerful occasion. Contact Pierre for more details.

Remember that entries for these two events are open. Register as soon as possible to prevent dissappointment.

Club person of the month

This month the honours go to Beulah Valentin for her unselfish contribution to Cross Country and the many hours that she put into this to help our young athletes to progress in this activity. Thank you Beulah we really appreciate your hard work.
